Just to be clear: it's not like I don't have feelings of worry. I just have to keep saturating my mind with God's word and reminding myself about His character and His promises. He has never let me down, and He will never let me down. Doesn't mean it'll go the way I think it will, but it does mean I'm in the best hands possible and He's got it covered.Jessehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02545633303340252224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8645419560835038127.post-55325217134324828592012-01-25T14:26:51.519-08:002012-01-25T14:26:51.519-08:00I'm finding myself with a lot of opportunity f...I'm finding myself with a lot of opportunity for worry. I've been working about work stuff for over a month now, which is nothing compared to what I COULD (and according to the world should) be worrying about. My husband has a CT scan tomorrow for a mysterious pain the doctor cannot identify. The range of possibilies are endless, from a torn muscles to the "C" word. Now, my natural tendency is to worry myself sick and sleepless. However, I'm learning that I have no control of the outcome. I can only manage my response and, most importantly my faith. I know God has good plans for us, that he loves and provides. He has proven over and over again, even when I didn't have the faith to believe. This time I'm choosing hope and I know I won't be disappointed. While God hasn't always given me what I want, he's always given me what I need.Tiffanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18248491604219644233noreply@blogger.com
